This warranty applies to all hosting accounts during the first 30 days of the conclusion of the contract.

If in 30 days you are not satisfied with the quality hosting services or support offered by 1si1, you can request a refund paid in advance.

30-day warranty for refund is not included in the following services:

Fees paid for various optional services, other than those present in standard offer;
Taxes paid on dedicated servers;
Fees for registering domain names - national and / or international;
Fees for extension of contracts and / or upgrades;
Contracted services as a Reseller;
Activation fee for accounts;

Amounts are returned within 30 days (to pay by bank transfer / postal order / cash deposit), or 60 days (for payments made through Avangate system) at your request.
Repayment in full is paid less bank charges.
